Do you provide custom birthday greetings?

Yes,we provide free birthday greeting for whole cake orders only. Please advise wording " Message ” section during check-out.(30 English letters or 8 Chinese letters.)

How many days in advance do I need to order?

For signature cakes, petits & sweet treats , orders must be placed at least 3 -5days in advance. In the case of an urgent need of a cake, contact us through the Live Chat or Whatsapp +852 6573 9422 We'll try our best to see if we could make a cake in time for your event

For bespoke products or bulk order, orders must be placed at least 1-2weeks in advance. We do not take urgent orders.

What is the shelf life?

建議於取貨當日盡快食用完畢以防變質。保存方法: 請密封及30mins- 1 hr內冷藏於0-4ºC。Since we do not add any preservatives in our products, it is best to consume within 2 days.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do offer delivery please whatsapp us through +852 6573 9422 and send us the exact address to help you calculate the delivery fee. 🙏
The delivery option in our website is just a estimate price, if the address you've input is further than expect we will have to ask for additional fee.
